Planning Tips

Weddings & Events?

The average wedding takes over 250 hours to plan. Do you have time to call every ceremony or reception site to check availability and prices? Do you know which florists will deliver your bouquet in time for photos, looking exactly as you'd imagined it?

Many couples will ask their Mom or a best friend to plan and coordinate; while it's true that your mom and your best friend should be an integral part of planning your wedding, do you want to burden them with all that work before and on the wedding day? Chances are, they will have very important roles to play, and they will not be able to concentrate on the small details that can make a wedding wonderful. We allow them to enjoy the celebration along with you! Almost one-third of couples who handled their own wedding said they wished they had used a consultant. Their concern and worry about everything coming together kept them from fully enjoying a time when they should be focused on only each other.

Hiring A'vie Weddings & Events allows you to feel at ease and to have fun on “your day”. We work well under pressure, and know how to keep a wedding on track. We will even act as the couple's liaison when disputes arise with family members!
