Meet Angela
Angela Renick has been planning, coordinating and
implementing weddings and events for 16 years. She
got her start in weddings with her first job as a photographer’s
assistant. It was there that she learned the many details
that it takes to make a wedding happen. Since her very
first job Angela’s strengths have been organization,
planning, communication and attention to detail. After
planning her own wedding, she realized that she could
have a positive impact on the lives of others by helping
them with their plans. Shortly after she and her husband
moved to Gainesville in 1991 she began coordinating
friends weddings and planning events at her church.
Although her talents have been used in the sales field
and in ministry, she has always had a hand in planning
weddings for friends and family. In 1996, Angela began
a part-time business as a wedding coordinator and has
continued to expand her reach over the years. She has
worked planning many events along way during these
years. After her youngest child entered school, she
began to dream of opening a store front from where
she could meet clients and have a real office.
She has experience with planning events from 10 to
1, 000 people. She has experience in doing events for
corporations, charities, birthday parties, weddings,
rehearsal dinners, showers, anniversaries, vow renewals,
Fall Festivals, Spring Flings, Vacation Bible School,
Back to School Bash, Music Concerts, Dinner Parties
and so much more. This is only a tip of what she has
planned and coordinated for.
Angela’s many giftings include organization,
attention to detail, relationship building, great communication,
assertiveness and patience to work with anyone. She
enjoys seeing how the event comes together and the
joy it brings to her clients. She looks forward to
planning your next event and making it amazing along
with a dynamite event.
Dear Angela,
On behalf of Megan and myself I just wanted to say “thank you” one more time for helping with our “big day.” I hear so many friends tell us that they don’t get to enjoy their own weddings. We didn’t feel that way. In fact, at various points throughout our engagement friends would ask how “stressed” we were. Thanks to A’vie our stress was minimal. I think in retrospect that was the biggest value of having a wedding planner. A’vie made the plans, timelines, delivery dates, etc. and let us focus on decisions like where everyone should be seated. It was a wonderful arrangement. There’s simply no question in my mind that for people sitting on the fence about whether to arrange for a wedding planner A’vie is the right choice. It’s a life saver. The staff is so friendly and so organized I just can’t imagine we would have had as great a wedding without them. And I know – for a fact – that we would have been so busy worrying about the details that we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy it. Thank you again, Angela! Thank you A’vie!
Affectionately,
Frank and Megan |
